Our Programs
Mentoring
Our Mentoring Program is designed for middle and high school students. Students engage in both group and one-on-one mentoring sessions with mentors focused on enhancing social, emotional, and intellectual well-being, developing life skills, building relationships, and resiliency. Youth are exposed to career paths and explore positive solutions to relevant, real-life challenges. They are guided towards a healthy transition into adulthood.
Anti-Violence
Our Anti-Violence program is designed for high school students. It provides youth with the resources and support they need to strengthen their protective factors, lessen the risk of negative outcomes, and enhance their ability to build positive relationships. Youth engage in interactive training and workshops, receive mentorship from law enforcement officers and caring adults, and participate in community service projects. This program helps our youth become confident leaders and allies in promoting kindness, respect, and inclusion within their schools and communities.
Education
Our education program is designed for elementary students. It focuses on enhancing reading comprehension and social-emotional learning in our elementary youth. Through a combination of literacy initiatives and interactive sessions on social-emotional themes, we help improve students’ reading comprehension and emotional management skills. This approach instills a love of reading and enables students to develop positive relationships while gaining life skills that extend beyond the classroom.
